I’m a rigid truck delivery driver.

What does a typical day look like for you?

My typical deal involves delivering orders to our customers ensuring they stay happy and well insulated!

What did you do before joining the business?

I worked in retail in a hardware store for over 11 years before training to become a Certa driver.

What attracted you to the job?

I love to learn something new every day, and in this job, no day is the same. Every day is full of new adventures. It is a sociable job. I get to meet people – colleagues in the depots, customers in their homes. I am never bored.

How long are you with Certa?

5 years.

What do you like best about your role and the company?

I enjoy the responsibility. As a driver, you have to be very careful and ensure everything is done correctly. Safety is our number priority. Being responsible for the safety of our customers is a big part of my job.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I love fishing. I love being active – swimming, soccer, diving, you name it I do it.
