The Certa Budget Plan

Our Budget Payment Plan might be the answer. The Certa Budget Payment Plan allows you to pay for your annual Home Heating Oil orders over a 12 month period with monthly Direct Debit payments to your Budget Plan account.

How it Works

The Certa Budget Plan operates from June to May each year; however you may join the plan at any point throughout the year by following these two simple steps:


1. Complete a Budget Plan Application Form and return it to Certa. 


2. Place your first order by contacting your local depot, or through the call centre. 


All first time budget plan orders must be paid in advance by cash or debit/credit card. A successful Direct Debit transaction must be processed before another order can be placed. A minimum monthly payment of €100 is recommended, however, your payment may be higher or lower depending on your oil consumption during the Budget Year.

Monthly Payments

Your monthly payment may increase as you receive deliveries throughout the year.


This is to spread the balance on your account evenly over the remaining months, ensuring that the outstanding balance is cleared by the end of May, leaving no lump sum to be paid at the end of the budget year. You will be notified of any amendments to your monthly direct debit amount on your statement which will be received in the first week of each month. 


Our suggested payment dates are the 15th, 20th and 27th of each month. However we will work with you to find a date that suits if that is required. The price you pay is the price quoted on the day of delivery. There are no handling or interest charges.
