I’m the Head of Retail & Fuelcard at Certa.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Every day brings something new, the variety in the role means it’s always exciting, and the development of new recruits is fulfilling to play a part in.
What attracted you to the job?
Initially I was drawn to the company for its strong reputation in the community among people I knew locally as well as the convenient location.
How long are you with Certa?
I started working in Domestic Sales at Certa 22 years ago.
What do you like best about your role and the company?
I have stayed with the business because every day brings something new. In my time at the company, I’ve worked in Domestic Sales, Fuelcard Sales, Fuelcard Field Sales, as a P.A to our Senior Leadership Team, Customer Service Manager, and then my current role. To say she’s done it all is an understatement!
