Health & Wellbeing

We care about the health, safety & wellbeing of our colleagues. At Certa, we make sure our team members get all the support they need, to be the best that they can be. Our dedicated team of Mental Health First Aiders are on hand to listen and support our colleagues when they are facing challenges or need a helping hand.

This year, we’re proud to be partnering with See Change – The National Mental Health Stigma Reduction Partnership. See Change raise awareness around mental health difficulties.

The See Change Green Ribbon is the international symbol for mental health and aims to get as many people as possible talking about mental health to make welcoming and open conversations the norm. We’re truly proud to support this cause, and look forward to continuing to grow awareness of mental health supports and the Green Ribbon Campaign.

Training & Skill Development

    Driver Apprentice Programme

    Driver Apprentices

    This 2-year educational and professional programme offers a unique opportunity to spend time on the road with our drivers and with our office & depot colleagues while earning a Higher Certificate in Business in Transport Services from Atlantic Technological University (ATU), Sligo.

    Commercial Internship

    The 12-week internship provides interns with an opportunity to gain understanding of what makes Certa successful. The programme consists of a structured blended learning environment from on-the-job learning, shadowing, and formal training courses allowing interns to gain valuable knowledge in all commercial departments.
